I placed my order . What happens next?

You will immediately receive an email or  text message stating your order has been confirmed. You will also be notified when your order has been shipped and  will receive another email or text with your tracking number. 

What is the current processing time?

As of 1/01/2023 our current processing and handling time, 3-5 business days for all ORDERS. And then the order is shipped. 

PLEASE REMEMBER  BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. Once the order is processed

THEN the order is shipped out. And normally takes 2- 4 days to arrival in your mail box via USPS📫

What if I want to check the status of my order?

If no tracking number is available, please contact us via email. Once you’ve received your tracking number you can track your order by usps.com

What happens if my item is shipped to the wrong address or other issues?

If the order is shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. Customer is responsible for any additional fees that my occur to re-ship order. If error is on our end we will gladly replace items. We are not reliable for lost/stolen packages.  If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for. We are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.

 We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier or delays due to weather conditions.

 Please contact USPS regarding that matter. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Worldwide. 

Can I cancel my order at anytime?

No, once the order is received we do not allow any cancellation or refunds.
